Booking employee must be of the age 25 or above.

No pets are allowed.

No former employees are allowed to stay with guests.

One booking per employee May thru September and no more than 2 bookings per employee in one calendar year.

Must fill out waiver and turn into your office manager before your stay.

Doors should be locked and the alarm set anytime you leave the property.

Check-In and Check-Out Procedures must be followed.
